grab33 Platform Agreement

1 Introduction

Welcome to grab33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and grab33 ("grab33", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the grab33 website located at https://grab33.cam and all related services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the grab33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or conditions applicable to specific promotions, games, or payment methods, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the grab33 platform and close any account you hold with us. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the grab33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements, which are distinct from real-money funds until such requirements are satisfied.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to verify a Player's identity, age, and source of funds where applicable.
• "Platform" means the grab33 website, mobile interface, and all associated software, services, and content accessible at grab33.cam.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software technology used to ensure random and fair game outcomes on all slot and table games.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the specified number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "We / Us / grab33" refers to the operator of the grab33 platform and all its associated entities.
• "You / Player / User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the grab33 platform in any capacity.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the grab33 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. grab33 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players, consistent with internationally recognised standards for online casino and sports betting platforms.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You do not hold an existing grab33 account. Maintaining more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of grab33.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or mandatory, on the grab33 platform or on any other gambling platform from which such exclusion would extend.
• You understand and accept that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. grab33 does not warrant the legality of its services under the laws of any specific country or territory.

4 Account Registration & Security

To use the Services, you must create a single registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point determined necessary by our compliance team, grab33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and source of funds documentation may also be required in certain circumstances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify grab33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. grab33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at grab33. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Where a Player inadvertently creates a duplicate account, they must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

grab33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. grab33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of any deposited funds.

6 Withdrawals

Subject to these Terms and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements, Players are entitled to withdraw funds from their account balance at any time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the grab33 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and verification status.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering requirement and is not discretionary.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Estimated withdrawal processing times are: E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX transfers 5–15 minutes; Bank Wire 15–60 minutes. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.
• grab33 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may temporarily delay processing but will not affect the Player's entitlement to withdraw legitimate winnings.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

grab33 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to its registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus (or deposit plus bonus) amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly communicated in the specific promotion terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

grab33 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other Players to circumvent bonus terms, placing bets in a manner designed to exploit bonus mechanics without genuine gaming intent, and any other conduct that grab33 reasonably determines to be an attempt to abuse the promotions system. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus abuse voided.

7.3 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions are open to verified Players aged 21 and above only. grab33 reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in any promotion, or to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.

8 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the grab33 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details (selection, odds, stake) prior to confirming any wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game data, grab33 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake amount to the Player's account.
• For sports betting markets, the rules applicable to each sport (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets available on the platform) are governed by the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section.
• All casino game outcomes, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, are determined by certified RNG or by live dealer action, as applicable. Results are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the grab33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform, its infrastructure, or other users' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or systems of the platform.

10 Responsible Gambling

grab33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to supporting Players who may be experiencing difficulties in managing their gambling behaviour. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gambling commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases take effect only after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive alerts regarding their playing duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications displaying time spent and net result during the current session.
• 21+ Enforcement: grab33 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 through KYC verification and reserves the right to close any account where age requirements are not met.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the grab33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of grab33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of grab33.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, or otherwise exploiting any content from the platform without the prior written consent of grab33.

The grab33 name, logo, and all related marks, names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of grab33 and may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grab33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform or its services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or in connection with the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or otherwise.
• Any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your account or transmissions.
• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, grab33's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

grab33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the platform or by email to your registered address, where practicable. The updated Terms will display the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the grab33 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account. Requests to close an account may be submitted to our support team at [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which grab33 is incorporated and licensed.

In the event of any dispute between you and grab33, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in grab33's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
